| How Does It Work?
Your home extended warranty plan goes into effect when the manufacturer's one-year
warranty expires. If there is a problem with a covered component or system, your
home extended warranty plan covers the cost, less the deductible. We cover described
items originally supplies by the manufacturer which fail to perform their intended

The extended warranty provides three coverage options:

| Structure Coverage Only

| Heating, air conditioning, plumbing, electrical systems and appliance
coverage only.

| Or, a combination of the above.

Including hot and cold water lines; waste pipes; soil pipes and vents'
faucets' toilets, including internal assembly parts; sinks; bathtubs; shower stalls;
water heater, including fuel lines and vent/chimney, connections/joints.

Including the service panel; fuses and circuit breakers; wiring; wall
receptacles; light fixtures; boxes; switches; outlets.

| The Central Heating System
Including the furnace; duct work; fuel lines; vent
pipe/chimney; fireplace, blower and chimney; wood stove, blower and chimney.

| The Central Air Conditioning
System
Including the air conditioning unit's compressor; condenser and
A-frame; evaporative coolers.

| Most Major Built-In Appliances
Including the washer and dryer; dishwasher; garbage disposal;
